Buffett to perform Boston Area show on June 23rd
Jimmy Buffett and the Coral Reefer Band will be performing at the Comcast Center in Mansfield MA for one show on Saturday June 23rd. No details are available right now for when tickets go on sale, once we have the details we will pass them along.

I'm getting married this summer ... June 23rd, 2012 was a potential date for the wedding but I nixed that thought last fall when it was brought up knowing it was a potential Buffett Great Woods date.

I'm the Master of my domain ... until July 14th.

If this is true, I will be going but not having a hotel room this year. With the increased rent I've been paying since the last Buffett show in Great Woods, I won't be able to do that.

True, but last year that was a three day turnaround between GW and Pitt. And then from Pitt to Camden two days later, just a ride across PA really.

A Thursday night 6/21 Pitt show and then all the way back to GW for 6/23 seems like it would be a tight squeeze.

when LN or TM puts a ad out for tickets , don't they usually promote the tour name. I didn't see anything saying Welcome to Finland , or, a new tour name .

I've been to Camden, you don't want to go anywhere near there.

I go to Camden about 5 or 6 times a year, for all different concerts (DMB, ZBB, CSN, etc).
With the lawn seats being reasonably priced, I can go to 3 concerts for what the regular seats cost for one show.
When my boys were a few years younger, we would go over for RiverShark ballgames, and go to the Aquarium.
From the Philly side, you can ride over on the Ferry for only 6 dollars roundtrip.
Would I roam the streets of inner Camden at night? NO.
But I have never felt unsafe on the Camden WaterFront.

Looks official as it is listed on the tour date schedule with ticket sales to be announced.

it is not listed on m'ville, ticketmaster or LN! The only thing that is showing is the premier parking which may or may not be real.

this is not an official date at this point in time.
just dont want anyone making plans, changing plans or anything like that until we know for sure!

I'm banking on the 23rd because it is the date that most fits into my schedule and it is all about me!

But I do wonder if the delay has something to do with new (or enforced) rules the Comcast Center are being urged to follow regarding tailgating. Maybe the town wants them to not open the lot until really late and Buffet's people are balking because they know limited or no tailgating = poor ticket sales.

Or maybe not, what do I know?
