A Jimmy Buffett concert day is just that .... a concert DAY ....
it's an event of fun, great tailgating setups ....
often a once per year opportunity to tailgate and visit with friends ....

the show itself is almost (almost) just icing on the cake .....

these lame concessions to tailgating
2 hours only; a grill, small table and a chair only ...
and NO canopies
just blows the big one
.... forget it .....

JLL is removing the fun, the creativity and the party from the event ....
there will be no cornhole game setups ...
no clever swimming pools and mini beaches ....

NO CREATIVITY and FUN ...

the video that Jimmy will show while performing

will show footage from OTHER VENUES ....
venues that still understand what a Jimmy Buffett concert is all about ....

it will take longer to navigate into the lots and out again
than the limited 120 minute pre-concert tailgate window

I have some really good memories from past JB @ Manassas shows. I think I'll keep those good memories rather than attending a half-baked two hour 'tailgate'.....

I agree with you. And it sucks because now for two years in a row I cant tailgate with you and make fun of your Serpico like beard.
