Advantage Car Rental
Has anyone used this rental car agency before? I read online that they are a lower priced agency (can't recall which one at the moment) of a larger rental agency.

Lately,newspaper mentioned cheap airfare.
I've got to fly to Saint Somewhere.
I'm close to bodily harm.

Re: Advantage Car Rental
We just did a one-day rental with them in Las Vegas. They're a part of Hertz. They were off the strip, and a whole lot cheaper than the other places we looked.MacPhin wrote:Has anyone used this rental car agency before? Re: Advantage Car Rental
How was the car? Was it an old car with lots of miles? I'm wondering if we us them, the car might be older and have bad tires or something. We would be renting out of Tampa for 12 days.

Re: Advantage Car Rental
We just rented a small Toyota Yaris, but it was in great shape and had maybe 20,000 miles on it. Wasn't new, but like I said it was in very good condition. We weren't being too picky since we just wanted it for a day. Places on the strip were renting for over $100 a day, we paid $39 plus taxes. Less than $50 total.MacPhin wrote:How was the car? Re: Advantage Car Rental
thanks Dave. I checked Trip Advisor but most of the reviews were years old.

We usually rent via hotwire, also. Got a current-year Nissan Altima when we went to San Antonio.
