I am told that Harpoon Harry's is an excellant spot favored by the locals for fresh seafood. It is right up the street from B.O.'s.

Islamorada - for the best grouper sandwich in the entire Keys go to 'The Island Grill' M.M. 85.5 oceanside. Been going to the Keys for many years now, and always stop here if not flying directly into KW.
Islamorada - 'The Hungry Tarpon' M.M. 77.7 gulf side, excellent banana coconut cream pie and an awesome conch salad. Plus you can't beat the view sitting water side at Robbies Marina watching the boats and people hand feed the tarpon. To top it off, add a KW Sunset Ale!
Key West - 'B.O.'s' for great conch fritters; 'Half Shell Raw Bar' for great anything and awesome views of The Bight; for the best cuban mix sandwich (only $6.50) try 'The Cuban Coffee Queen'; 'Alonzo's Oyster Bar' for happy hour specials (half off huge amounts of seafood and drinks), you won't be sorry you went, I promise; for nice tropical drinks and best view of Mallory Square, Sunset Key, the Gulf and the Ocean all at the same time try 'Sunset Pier'.
Like others have mentioned, we could go on and on, but these are some of my favorite. Have fun.

The Lorelei in Islamorada has the best fish dip, IMHO.
And Hogfish Grill on Stock Island is great.

Also, in Key West, there is an awesome place called "Two Friends"....great lobster tails, and karaoke many of the weeknights....great prices too...if you want to spend
a little more money, the Hyatt has a beautiful restaurant where you can dine indoors or outdoors....little pricey, but the view is spectacular...they have a butternut squash soup that is out of this world....

Here's a short list for Key West. I've left out some of the usual suspects to avoid redundancy.
Go to Mallory Square and get conch fritters from the cart there. I snag them about once a week when I'm at work.
Breakfast
Harpoon Harry's
Blue Heaven
Old Towne Bakery (It's at Eaton and Grinnell. It's amazing and if your order is over $8, they deliver.)
Lunch
Paseo (They're closed Monday and Tuesday, but open till 9 the rest of the week. Great sandwiches.)
Carolines on Duval. For the price, you won't beat this.
Sunset Pier (I know it's part of Ocean Key, but I love the staff there and go for lunch about once a week.)
Schooner Wharf (Vicki knows exactly how I order my fish tacos now.)
Other random places
Flaming Buoy (I haven't had anything bad from there)
Hot Tin Roof
nine one five
Rooftop Cafe
Alonzo's has a great happy hour. (Everything on this menu and drinks are half priced from 4:00 to 6:30
Alonzo's Happy Hour)
Smokin' Tuna (Nothing bad from there, either)
It's not much, but it's a short list for you.

I forgot Saute's on Higgs Beach. They've gotten a new chef and the food is pretty good there. I also forgot to mention Louie's, but that's a forgone conclusion around here.

Kelly's ...... very good......near Mallory Sq...owned by Kelly McGillis
Turtle Krawl for lunch is good.....if you like oysters..... you get a dozen for 6.99 ( most are around the 13.00 area) , it's a drawing card knowing people will order other things

Conch Republic Seafood, too. The cracked conch is fabulous.
