Oh, thanx Scott! Now I'll have "Love Grows" in my head all day. (But it brings back great memories!)

I know there's better ones, but I can't help thinking of this one-hit wonder. Sorta Retro-Nouveau-Retro-Nouveau-Retro... [smilie=graytard.gif]

The Oneeders

A most mysterious calling harbour
So far, but yet, so near
Where I see the day
When my hair's full gray
and I finally...disappear. BUT NOT YET!!

Boyce and Hart wrote songs for groups such as the Monkees in the 1960s; this is probably their only successful attempt to do it for themselves.

Incidentally, this clip is also a classic example of lip-synching.  $10.00 reward if you can show me where the horn players are hiding!!

Well, someone had to post this one...

Or, as they say in Jamaica, "Come on, Irie"

A most mysterious calling harbour
So far, but yet, so near
Where I see the day
When my hair's full gray
and I finally...disappear. BUT NOT YET!!

Good song, I didn't know about their Monkees history.

How 'bout Norman Greenbaum, in all his funky 70s glory...
