They are now allowing golf carts?
Lance is talking about the grass lots east of the stadium that are not owned or controlled by the stadium folks. At this time, the 'official' stadium concrete parking lots still have restrictions on motorized vehicles.
If you look at Google maps you will see the large grass fields he is talking about to the east of Frisco Street (or Farm to Market 2934). The area circled in yellow is what Lance is talking about. The area in red is the FC Dallas Stadium controlled area.

We have decided to take this option and park in the grassy area. I think we have our reservations set with Gina.
LanceC, when can we arrive and come in and park on Thursday?
If we are all going to be scattered all over the place (ie. hotels, parking lots, etc.), then why don't we at least try to get together for dinner somewhere on Friday night? It was fun when we went to the Mexican restaurant last year. Perhaps we could go there again.

Be interested in hearing any responses myself.
I don't know...sounds kind of sketchy when they don't even show you the parking lot in advance. You have to email them?

This is my first time to post, but I have been getting info from you all about the tailgate for years! I have met many of you also. You are a great group!
I have also been wondering about the Friscoparking.com. I called and talked to Gina. I reserved 4 spots, did not have to prepay. She emailed me a pass to show when I park and a map of where the parking is. You can park on Thurs. The only thing I worry about is someone coming later on and making us move and not getting our money back. any thoughts?

Oh my, did anyone else notice the Frisco Parking site has Buffett spelled Buffit? Hope this isn't a sign of things to come. I sent an email and asked her to correct it.

siiiighhh..
Isn't someone getting married that weekend that could invite me to come. That would be the ONLY way I would get out of work...short of changing jobs....

I am new @ posting here but have followed posts for several years..... I have just talked to Gina with Friscoparking.com. She is going to see if she can arrange for pump out service for the RV's. Also, if you are pulling a trailer, it's $40 per day extra, just like a car. I made my reservations today and look forward to meeting all of you BNers. Fins Up!
