Forget where this was in 2011.

I think 2011 was some burger place but I can't remember the name of it. We had gone to the Fox Sports Grill in previous years.

Ticket arrived today.

I've never been to Galveston and after seeing that picture I'm not sure a delicate flower such as myself should ever go there.

El Fenix--I think that is the name of the restaurant--is where we went last year and it was good. They seemed to be very accommodating in regards to our large group. It won't be close to the stadium though. We are willing to go anywhere to meet up with our group on Friday night. Any of the restaurants mentioned above would be cool. I've heard that Rudy's is very good and it is also very close to the stadium.

Josephines closeddown. It was a nice quiet little Italian place so it wouldn't have been a good gathering place anyway.
The Main is open again as something else. I will drive by there on my way home and check it out for you.

Isn't Rudy's almost of the venue property?

I just called the Blue Goose Cantina, which is right by the Comfort Suites, and across from our old lot. "C" on the map. Adam said he can accommodated about 50 on their covered outdoor patio.

"Our Margaritas, voted OVER and OVER the best in Texas (and where else counts when it comes to Margaritas?!)"
