The holidays are upon us and soon we will be planning for our summer round of concerts! Next thing you know, we will be at the 2013 MOTM!

Um, so I went to do the survey, but I'm not sure what its purpose is, because it asks almost nothing about MOTM. It asks how I get to KW, what I like to drink, whether I smoke, whether I take the shuttle to and from the Casa (the only question I felt really had to do with MOTM), how many times I eat out, etc. It asked nothing about entertainment or events at the Casa as part of MOTM. I felt like it was more a survey for the tourism board, or something similar, and I elected not to participate.

If PHIP really wants input on *MOTM*, they should put out a survey on the convention, not the area surrounding the convention.....

My airline of choice wasn't one of the choices either - no Jet Blue option. I don't know if they'll read, or pay attention to, the comments but I figured I'd try. I keep getting emails based on my old club about the Convention committee they've put together for the regional conventions - I thought about sending them thoughts on our discussion but when friends are the ones deciding on the entertainment it gets dicey.

More importantly, why wasn't 'Omnivore' an option? Why do I have to choose between meat and vegetables? Maybe I want them both.

I also wondered about my airline choice of JetBlue. And the question of getting around the island. We walk....that wasn't an option. so when I didn't answer those questions, it wouldn't let me submit until I answered them. So I had to pick one.....which was not true.

I certainly hope this isn't another round of discussing if MOTM should be moved to a different location.
I did let them know I thought Charlotte Skinner brought MOTM to the next level in the comment box and they have very large shoes to fill.

i plan on making a return this year!!!!.....i'm taking any survey , but , i'd like to see them bring back Johnny Russler back , also a few bands from here up north that are MOTM worthy in my opinion , Baha Bros and Changes in Latitude.....just throwing those out to whoever reads this.

I'm going this year. Looks like I'll be retiring from my state job in a couple of months, so I need to go the cheaper route- no staying at the expensive Casa Marina. Any suggestions on where to stay this year?
