Moving to Key Largo! Place to stay?

Good morning Parrotheads! So I'm leaving the cold weather of Chicago to live down in Key Largo...I was wondering if anyone knows of someone renting out an apt or room of a home down there. I've looked into the standard rental properties but am looking to see what else is out there that may not be listed. Any help or referrals would help a ton! Thanks!
