Turneffe Resort - Belize

We went the last week of July / first week of August this year. Yeah, I know, it has taken me a while to post this.
Anyway, this is a great place to go if you love to dive, fish, or not do a damn thing! You are totally 100% off the grid! They take care of everything: transfers from the airport to the boat, bags, you name it.
We had a great experience. They leave coffee/tea at your doorstep each morning, set up your dive gear, and really cater to your every need.
The property has so much atmosphere that I don't think Hemmingway would be able to stand it! Each room or cabana has a screened porch and outdoor shower. The rooms are all finished with hardwood floors and walls. Really cool!
You eat each meal family style, so you really get a chance to meet everyone there. And they only allow about 40 guests maximum at a time. The bartender, George, was really great. He let us plug in our iPods and play our own music if we wanted. I had about 4 of SunLovers shows, so we listened to a Buffett concert nearly every other day or so. (Thanks Sunlover!)
