I've been to Belize three times, but only once to Ambergris. I don't know anything about this place. (See my other thread about Turneffe) Bring some Kuknut Rum home with you!

Grand Slam Home Run Place..... Just got back from 10 days down there, saw Kelly McGuire 7 times, Thom Sheppard, Hugo Duarte, Mark Mulligan and more... We will be back to Ambergris Caye and Caye Caulker...

AWESOME little Island, great food and Bars. People were really nice... Spent 6 hours there, will be back next Feb. hopefully might stay at night there...Bucarader wrote:Tell me about Caye Caulker!

We've considered going there and staying at the Iguana Reef Resort. Looks like a good place to go when we only have the time to do a "quick and dirty" trip. I don't like the diving around Ambregris compared to the atolls. But I can do a few days of it!
