Come on Open the Lots already!

This is ridiculous. Open up already. Hardly worth breaking out all our toys for a couple of hours.

Starting to line up. Come on everybody. Come on over and help force the issue.

I'm truly shocked they didn't open early. First time a sheriff was working the gate. Guess thats why.

We are IN!!! South lot.

In line now. We're in the VIP (2nd)entrance) line backed up to the stoplight.

We're in!

Canopy and grill set up. South lot filling fast. Look for an orange Avalanche if you're down this way!

We're in. Tent up chairs set and margarita in hand. If you come in the north lot look for the blue tent and red impala.

What a fun time with great old friends and new friends!!!

"The Lost and Found" show for some of us!!! Home now. Very tired but very happy.

I had friend with me for her first show, and she's also not "real" familiar the music, so I was really curious what she thought of the actual show part. She said it was really good, and there are a lot of good musicians on the stage. I'm glad it was that clear to someone who doesn't have quite the "musical ear" that I (think I) have.

While the lots opening so late was disappointing I don't think I've ever seen Parrotheads get set up so quickly and make up for lost time once we were parked. A few extra hours would have been nice but what are you gonna do? And wow, that was one packed lawn. Missed Jimmy by an hour on Friday when he was at Waterman's. Drat!
