I found and grabbed what there is of the archive on the Wayback Machine (From ~2009):

I wonder if there is somewhere it could be stored on BN?
It is temporarily stored as a zip at:
http://www.zipworld.com.au/~cswarren/CoBO-GCC.zip
It is an olde worlde server so it is case sensitive....
It is under 100k
