For me:
Hot Fun in the Summertime (can already feel the pans and the crowd singing along)
Dancing in the Moonlight (perfect Jimmy acoustic)

"American Dream", Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, by way of Michael McCloud, changing the lyric "go to Coconut Grove" to "go to Cayo Hueso". (Although I'm sure McCloud wouldn't like it, though......"

Vahevela, the old Loggins & Messina song. Nautical theme and right up his alley.

As long as you brought it up, I'm not so sure about "Sweet Blindness". As I recall, there was a lot of harmony and intermingled melodies in that song so I'm not sure I'd appreciate it as a solo. But I'll bet she would totally kick ass on "Wedding Bell Blues".Wino you know wrote:And for Nadirah-

And I know I would pay money to hear her sing Ella Fitzgerald's version of "Fever".

I agree. I even think this one woulc be a good one for the CRB to cover while Jimmy takes his break. Peter and Nadirah trading vocals!
