I saw him at a small television taping for the local PBS affiliate in state college, Pa. My friend put the show together and I was invited to be there before the show began. It was a very intimate show, he performed two sets. I remember we talked about the Gulf Shores concert he played with Buffett. He enjoyed performing, but hated the large crowd and the traffic nightmare in getting there
. Very sweet man who felt his music as he sang his lyrics.
