Not yet, at least according to the lead sentence in this article from Billboard: "Rumors of AC/DC's imminent demise appear to be exaggerated." However, that hasn't stopped an endless amount of websites, blogs, etc. from stating their retirement as fact. Sort of like how several questionable sources tried to put Jesse Winchester in the ground last week before his time here was truly up.

I have no idea if there's any validity to the state of Malcolm's health as I haven't heard anything in any official capacity but as of the last few days there have been a whole lot of people saying we should expect to hear AC/DC make an announcement that they're retiring. I doubt this Billboard article will do anything to change that but it's nice to know the voice of reason is still out there in the world of music journalism somewhere.
Can't say I've paid AC/DC much attention in their later years. No offense but aside from a small amount of Brian Johnson's work, I've always tended more towards the Bon Scott years. Speaking of which, I feel very fortunate to have seen Bon with AC/DC on a bill that included Nantucket and Cheap Trick (who opened) on August 10, 1978 at Cumberland County Memorial Arena in Fayetteville, NC. I was only vaguely familiar with AC/DC at the time and had no real idea of what I was witnessing. All I know is, it was one of the most raw, primal rock n' roll shows I've ever experienced. They were a true force to be reckoned with in those days. I'm very grateful I got to see them then.
Looks like rumors ar partly true, Malcolm Young is taking break from the band for health reasons, though they're not breaking up, and are planning to head to studio.
