A couple things....
There are special tailgating rules for this show. Look back at previous posts. I believe there is a link to them. Even if there isn't a link...tailgating sounds like it will be fine. Concert goers will be in their own lots, not with park goers.
Also, partying at the campground might be great, but if you haven't gotten a campsite already then you're most likely out of luck because the campgrounds aren't going to allow hoards of people to just party there. You might as well just plan on partying with everyone else in the parking lots.
I would hope that anyone planning on camping would have made a reservation by now as the place sold out the day they announced the show and its like $70 a night for those of us with RV's, cabins more im guessing.
Having stayed here for other concerts having a party on you campsite isn't a problem and im expecting 75% of the people there this weekend are going to one of the two shows if not both and they are running the shuttle on a increased frequency to acommodate everyone.
nothing wrong with doing the parking lots done it plenty of times but it sure will be nice to not have to deal with driving a 38 foot bus after the show or my lav tanks getting full from everyone doing you know what etc.....

Maybe with all those beers in the past it seemed like half a mile
FREE Shuttle service - and actually I have walked it many times after a show (usually shuttle line is as long as it would take to walk leaving the venue).
