Sunlover,

Thanks as always for all your concerts that you post. It's great to record and relive them. Is there any chance you can check Summertime Blues by Alan Jackson. The page couldn't be found. Thanks, and thanks again for everything you do!
I made enough money to buy Miami but I p*** it away so fast.

Thank you very much SL. We were disappointed hearing 5 o'clock twice and a short set without Pirate.

Why do both shows going on of the albums? Like you have one AJ song then one JB song.

It sounds like you might be downloading both shows into the same folder. Download them into separate folders like you would with different JB shows and that should resolve the mixed tracks.

I'm sorry, I misunderstood your question. You are referring to creating a playlist using the album names, maybe in itunes? In that case, the files will mix together since the album name, "Hershey PA 08302014", is the same for both shows. I apologize for this inconvenience.

I have reposted the Alan Jackson show with the new album title "SGMFF Hershey PA 08302014". This should resolve the different shows going into the same album name. I still recommend saving the show to a separate folder if you have not already done that.

You will need to re-download the Alan Jackson show with the updated album name. Just allow the new downloads to overwrite your existing files since they are the same filenames.

Downloaded both Buffett & Jackson yesterday and finally got around to listening to them earlier today. Now it's time to burn them to CD. Great job, as always. Thanks again for doing this for us.

The older I get and the more shows I go to, you will need to buy me a bigger hard drive!

Haha! You think you need a bigger hard drive? I could use a dedicated server with a few terabytes of storage...

I thought I posted this earlier and wanted to circle back, but I can't find the post, so I guess I never hit submit. (Edit: I posted it on Facebook apparently! That's why I couldn't find it here.)

It seems to me like Alan's voice does not broadcast well at all. In the Hershey broadcast and in an older one I have from the Ernest Tubb Record Shop he sounds like an old man with a shaky voice that borders on consistently flat. Never sounded like that when I have seen him in person though. Even my YouTube videos I took of Alan live seem fine. The Live at Texas Stadium CD isn't like that at all which makes me wonder if he could have overdubbed it or if knowing he's being broadcast throws him off. Anyone else notice that too?

On another note, I hate that Jimmy completely blew the beginning of his part during It's 5 O'Clock Somewhere in Alan Jackson's set. He wanted to showboat and say something long winded, but blew the timing and screwed up the first line. He has sang that song a million times now, so I just don't see how that could happen. Then mid-way through Jimmy's second line, Alan says "Jimmy Buffett ya'll." Strange timing to blurt that out mid-line while Jimmy is singing. Every time I hear it, I imagine Alan taking a cheap shot indicating "That's Jimmy Buffett for ya." I know I'm over-analyzing and putting meaning where it doesn't belong. But really, the crowd got one and only one golden cameo in a weekend full of awesome missed opportunities and he kinda blew it. Still very strange to me that Alan split immediately after his set and didn't pop out with Jimmy. I want to read something into that too but don't have any basis to do so.
