We should plan to meet everyone around lunchtime on Sat at the Courtyard - I've heard they have good food. We can get a drink or two head start! Oh yeah - and it would be cool to meet each other too!
I can help some with rides - look for a blue Xterra....
Im going to have to bring a note pad of everyones name, nickname on here, and the car they are driving LOL....
I can't say what we will be driving because we get a rental car at the airport. Just look for 2 lost souls drinking a beer wondering what the hell is going on.....
I am sure there are going to be hundreds of people at the Courtyard...
hey y'all..... does anyone know if bestwestern is actually going to allow everyone to tailgate there? we were trying to decide if we should pre-party there are at courtyard.... could do both i guess...
Any of the hotels that I have been to (in Chicago, wisconsin, cincinatti, and pittsburgh) have not had a problem with people sitting around in the parking lot drinking beer before the Buffett Concerts...
But then again, I haven't been to Nashville....I think we plan to go to the Courtyard for a bit, and then go from there..Probably stop back at the hotel...I think its on the way back to the venue, no?
i can't wait.... there's a group of about 6 of us.... two first timers. last two shows i went too were freezing (and rainy) so lets hope for good weather. we're staying at the embassy suites but will for sure check out courtyard and bw. phins up!!
Speaking for myself, I like to sleep in (depending on what happens on Friday night). Has anyone decided on a fun place downtown for Friday night??? We will have to see whats going on and how the day progresses!!!

Our plan is the Courtyard around 1 ish. (The rest of my group is driving in Saturday, so we have to be at the BWMCI in case they can't check in. 1 o'clock Courtyard, 3:00ish back to the BWMCI for tailgating, etc, 5ish try to find a way to get to AmSouth to stake out a decent lawn seat, concert, post party at BWMCI.
I haven't figured out a ride, but suspect there will be plenty of options. I'll figure all that out when I get there.
I'd definitely like to meet everyone who's been posting here, feel like I know many of you already.
