Unfortunately, it doesn't appear as though the website has been updated since last summer!!! I will check back every now and then and see if anything has been updated....

Thanks for letting me know if you find out anything. I have seen Buffett in Nashville once before. But it was at a different venue. We will just wander around town drinking Corona and looking lost if nothing else. smile.

well we can wander around with you, but then have no way to get to the show...We were thinking if there is NO tailgating, then it maybe best to just drink at the hotel and take a cab over to the venue....But getting a cab back to the hotel maybe a huge problem!!!

We're coming in phrom St. Louie. We were lucky enough to get a hotel about 2 miles from the venue (according to Yahoo). If any definite pre-party's or tailgating happens and Parrotheads from St. Louie are welcome...let me know!! There is a good chance that we will be yet another set of Parrotheads walking around aimlessly with substantial amounts of Corona both consumed and waiting to be consumed.

Please, post any info on Nashville tailgating here! We're staying at the Best Western that's less than two miles away from the AmSouth Ampitheater. The Nashville Parrothead Club hasn't posted anything yet...are they "in charge" of the tailgating?

We plan on going into Nashville and partying downtown before the concert. We won't be hard to spot, just look for the people with the Hawaiian shirts on in the bars. Does anyone know if any of the bars will be having pre-concert parties?

Live in Clarksville, will be bringing about 10 people to party, will post here when I get a little closer, staying at Holiday Inn at the Crossings. A lot of tailgaiting depends on the weather could be 10 or 80

Well being from Chicago, you just come prepared. If its 10, then you dress a little warmer. If its 80, shorts and sandals....How far is downtown from AmSouth????

Not more than 10 miles but traffic is horrible getting into AmSouth..

From the sound of it, the Best Western MCInn is going to be all Parrotheads. So, I suspect, and apparently so does ChgParrothead, there may be a little partying there pre- and post- concert. They can't kick all of us out of the hotel can they??? Maybe, if we're lucky, someone staying there will have a Parrothead Bus that can take us to and from. I'm looking forward to meeting everybody.

(upon further thought)... or better yet, the Parrotheads with a bus can hire a chaffeur and drive around the city looking for other people in in ParrotGear that are wandering aimlessly. Pick them up and start our own party on the bus. d*mn, too bad I don't have a bus or a chaffeur.

We'll be driving our van...does that count? The Best Western on Old Hickory Blvd. is closer to Amsouth than all the hotels at Bell Road. However, Bell Road is where a LOT of restaurants are. Let's hope the weather is WARM!
