I remember his song "May the Bird of Paradise Fly Up Your Nose". My cousin, who was into country music at that time, described it as a standard "Salvation Army" beat — 4/4 time, and the lyrics written in a trochaic pattern. Sail on, Jimmy, and your place in the Grand Ol' Opry in the sky is waiting for you.
