We've heard for a couple of years one was coming to Texas. The Riverwalk is a logical place for one.
I must be wishing on someone else's star....

Re: San Antonio Margaritaville????
I was talking to one of the Margarillas in the parking lot at, I think, the Little Rock show 3 years ago, and he said there was going to be a Margaritaville in Texas but he wasn't sure where. My first thought was San Antonio because of the Riverwalk but I didn't think it would take this long.
what I really mean . . . I wish you were here

I can't imagine that it will be very large. It will have to be retro fitted from something already built.

That's what I was thinking, too. It could be two levels, like the Hard Rock Cafe and some of the other places, if there is a space like that already existing. Will be interesting.springparrot wrote:I can't imagine that it will be very large. It will have to be retro fitted from something already built.

That's what I was thinking KK. We stopped at the Rainforest Café last time we were there and they had made it 2 levels.VanillaGrl wrote:That's what I was thinking, too. It still didn't have many tables and the tinest gift shop.

Margaritaville San Antonio Riverwalk looks like they will be leasing 10,079 sq. ft. per the latest plans. Here is a picture as to where they will be located. A little hard to see, but you get the idea if your familiar with the River Walk area.
