I had to go to the bank. Kohls called me last night and told me my account was past due. It isn't, I made the payment online and the money was debited from my checking account on the due date. The bank investigated, got all the information and faxed everything to Kohls. When I got home I called Kohls to let them know the bank had sent the info. The guy at the Kohls call center was an asshat.
