I downloaded the Austin show and saved it to my computer. How do I load it into and play it in iTunes? I tried to "add" the file to my library but nothing happened.

Help!

You will need to convert the file to a format that iTunes can play as the concert video files are in a DVD file format that allows them to be played using media players such as Windows Media Player and Divx

Sorry, I didn't understand that the download is a .ts file. I'm new to this.

How do I convert this to a format that iTunes can handle? And what should that format be?

Thanks!

You can convert .ts files to .mp4, which is compatible with iTunes. There is a free program called "Free MTS Converter" from cnet. I just tested it and it seems to work pretty well. You can download it here:

cnet download: Free MTS Converter

When you run the program, be sure to select the HD MPEG-4 Video profile as this will produce the HD conversion at 1920x1080 resolution. The full (paid) version of the program has a lot of additional formats that are optimized for various mobile devices. The .mp4 format is fairly universal in that it can be played on Windows and Mac.
