Key West Setlist

Post by KaseywithaK »

Since the set list is pretty much set (we just don't know the order)... which songs on the set list for the Key West show are you excited to hear the most & which ones do you wish made the list?

The ones I look forward to:
"The Weather is Here, I Wish You Were Beautiful"
"Tin Cup Chalice"
"Trying to Reason w/ Hurricane Season"

The ones I wish made the list:
"Barometer Soup"
"Nautical Wheelers"
"Love & Luck"
"Happily Ever After (Every Now & Then)"
"Pascagoula Run"
"Schoolboy Heart"
"Cuban Crime of Passion"

So bummed those didn't make the list since a lot of the songs that did, I have seen him play live numerous times.

Wonder which two write-ins made the set list.
You only have two options - havin' fun or freakin' out...

Maybe a surprise or two....... 8)
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Pinot Noir in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming "WOO HOO"

I hope he doesn't stick to just the top 27. The only song on that list that really jumps out at me is The Captain & The Kid. Other than that, it's the same old ... stuff.

But only one cover...that's gotta count for something.

I thought on one of his videos on Margaritaville he said "no covers".
I guess it's like a vocabulary word, use it enough and times and it becomes yours. Just kidding, Jimmy. Actually if he was going to do a cover I would suggest 'Rhumba Man' just saying.

Jimmy doesn't believe 5 o'clock is a cover........

He didn't write it, it isn't on any of his records. It's a cover.

I definitely hope he throws in some more songs not in the top 27. I've never seen him play barometer soup or love and luck live and would very much be pleased with that lol

Although since I won't be there, I don't really care. Let some other people complain about the setlist this time.

Whatever he plays in Key West will be special any way you cut it. I only wish it was on Higgs Beach so everyone of you can come too.

Seems like it will. Jimmy said they learned all 100 songs that were on the list and plan on playing them on this tour! :D
