OMG every time I clear out the laundry room, one of my kids cleans his room, and mount washmore forms up again!

Indian up in here tonight. Tandoori chicken, roasted veg, on a bed of mashed cauliflower.

That sounds very healthy!

It is! With all the stuff on top the mashed cauliflower acts like potatoes but without all the carbs.
