Thanks, Birthday Boy (Happy Birthday incase you did not see my other wishes for you ...) Mike had rotator cuff surgery yesterday.
I've heard that's no fun. I have a partial tear in my right rotator cuff but I've had it for almost 20 years, I'm left handed and it never bothered me when I played softball so I opted for physical therapy instead of surgery. With any luck, I can go another 20 years and I'll be in my 80s sitting in a corner drooling all over myself and I won't care about the pain.

The rain stopped a couple of hours ago but it's really overcast. The weather guesser on the 6:00 news said there's heavy rain in the I-95 corridor, that's about 60 or so miles away, and it's heading this way. I'll take my chances at the ballpark and if the game is rained out, I'll get a rain check. Time to grab the rain jacket and go.
Yesterday,The computer almost crashed,spent many calls with accented tech support,had several problems with my sub sandwich fundraiser,with a denial of funds for summer youth theater from a lawyer.AAAAAGGGGHHHHHH!
Today went pretty well.
If I wasn't fishing in this all day rain,I'd be home doing something stupid.

Today went pretty well.

That was a short trip. I wasn't much more than a mile up the road and it started raining and never stopped for the rest of the ride to the ballpark. By time I got there, the game had already been postponed. On the bright side, the box office was open so I was able to exchange my ticket to this game for another game. I'm going to Super Hero Night.

Hi,Cindy.Stress is a factor with my sight,but life today is better.We delivered subs packed in coolers,so not smelly.Tuna fish for supper.

I don't know about goodies, but the players are supposed to be wearing super hero jerseys. I don't know if each player will be a different super hero or if they'll all wear the same design, but I think the jerseys are going to be auctioned off for charity after the game. When the Pelicans were affiliated with the Texas Rangers they did a lot of promotions at the games but I don't remember anything like this. They're part of the Chicago Cubs organization now, maybe they have new marketing people.
