Our county got hit by the storms last night. Lots of flooding. We are high and dry, but getting tired of all night storms.
Of course, there is another big storm on the way this afternoon.

Good morning everyone. I was supposed to be on a 5:50 a.m. flight down to College Station, TX today, staying with friends and going to the Houston concert tomorrow. The flight today got cancelled around 11:00 last night so now am going tomorrow but should be there in plenty of time. I'm going to be really unhappy if the weather does not let up long enough for the concert to happen.

No, I'll get that done this afternoon. It's funny, when I had a job I was usually packed 2 weeks ahead of time. Now I move a lot slower.

And I just got back from the state park, I think I'll have a cup of coffee and a muffin since I didn't have breakfast before I went out.

Just Frisco, Molly. The only thing I'm really concerned about is the return trip. I looked at the weather and there's a chance of thunderstorms in Dallas Sunday. My flight isn't until 4:00pm but I have to change in Atlanta and I only have about an hour and 20 minutes between flights. If there are any delays leaving Dallas, I might have a problem. I'm supposed to get back to Myrtle Beach just after 10:00pm, I doubt if Delta has another flight between Atlanta and MB Sunday night if I miss my connection.

It looks like about all of TX is a mess and more rain is forecast. I'm not keeping up with the DFW area, but I think more storms are heading that way, too.

It's a soccer stadium and I'm on the field, 6th row. Not covered. I'm bringing my waterproof windbreaker. If the weather quessers are right and it rains, I'll get wet. Then I'll dry off.
