So if I considered road trippin' to this show tell me about the venue. Is it semi amphitheatre/semi stadium? ZBB playing here in Michigan at Comerica Park but just not a fan of ballparks as concert venues.

HersheyPark Stadium:
is a stadium, located in Hershey, Pennsylvania, U.S.A., on the grounds of Hersheypark. It opened on May 18, 1939. It is used as a sporting facility, concert venue and location for various other large functions. In addition, it hosted the 2004 Presidential Race Campaign stop for President George W. Bush.

It is NOT a ballpark venue -- it's bleacher seating and nothing is under roof. There are lots of seats on the ground but they are not raised seats so if everyone in front of you stands you may not see much of anything except the back of other people.

Our opinion -- get seats in sections 1-8 (the higher # the closer to the stage) since these sections have the sun at your back and you can actually see the performers before the sun goes down.

Hope you decided to join us -- we have a group that will be attempting to caravan in for tailgating.
