If you want an experience, go to a Jimmy Buffett concert.
Experience is something you don't get until just after you need it.
Life is short, live long!!
I'd rather be a wiseass than a dumbass.

See this is a "be careful what you wish for" lesson. Was looking forward to the thread but, lawdy, I can't even with the local reactions.
Anyhoo...go Giants!

Not a shock...I laugh at , according to reports , he damaged his phone the day before his appearance with Wells...how convenient.

Exactly. My friends who are Patriots fans say it shouldn't matter since Brady doesn't have to give the NFL his personal phone.TommyBahama wrote:Not a shock...I laugh at , according to reports , he damaged his phone the day before his appearance with Wells...how convenient.

He does when it goes to Federal Court.. He must reveal all. That's why the NFL waited so long to announce they were up holding it. Depending on what he did to damage the phone, wouldn't it be backed up?aeroparrot wrote:Exactly. Re: 2015 NFL Season
From what I gather, if you have the phone, you can still pull up text messages, even if you delete them. I'm not sure if you don't have the phone. I think you would need to go to the wireless company to see. From what I am hearing from a lot of them is that it won't get that far since they are thinking the suspension would be overturned.TommyBahama wrote:He does when it goes to Federal Court.. Re: 2015 NFL Season
i'm not sure how this will go , but the only thing I know from reports are
11 balls deflated on Patriots sideline non on the Colts
Conversation through text with 2 Patriot employee's about the balls and deflation
2 employees get fired ( if innocent why were they let go , and do they have a law suite if Brady is innocent)
Held phone records
and apparently destroyed his phone
But what is sad is he could get 4 games for this , and Hardy from the Cowboys gets the same (dropped from 10) for beating up a women , granted it was a off field incident , but still , you represent the league.

WEEI's website had a cartoon with Bob Kraft with a knife in his back and on the handle, it read Goodell.

Re: 2015 NFL Season
I'm not downplaying what Hardy did, but he didn't break an NFL rule. He should be and is being punished for what he did.
Brady broke an NFL rule... he cheated and he should be punished severely. Breaking societal rules/laws vs. cheating are two horses of entirely different hues. People try to compare this with Lester Hayes and his stickum. Prior to 1981 there was no rule prohibiting stickum and the most you could accuse Lester (and others) of was pushing the limits to try and gain an advantage. Brady broke a rule to gain an advantage. He is a cheater.

Re: 2015 NFL Season
None of the videos change a thing... Brady is a cheat.
Maybe the Patriots shouldn't even have been in the Super Bowl... they cheated to get there.
Maybe if Russell Wilson had thrown a better pass...
Maybe if Ricardo Lockett had gone harder to the ball...
Maybe if Malcom Butler hadn't made such an great play...
None of it really matters, Brady is still a cheat.
