Good morning, I think I might have finally caught up on my sleep.

I have a digital bathroom scale that goes in .2 of a pound increments. I stepped on the scale this morning before I took a shower. With all the eating and drinking that goes along with going to a Buffett concert, I lost 1.8 pounds in the 4 days I was gone. That may have something to do with spending way more time in airports than in airplanes and not wanting to eat overpriced airport food. :lol:

so basically being cheap helped you lose weight? No wonder I've not had a weight problem [smilie=cheeky-grin.gif]

WOW -- it is a GORGEOUS day here in south central PA! No humidity, a nice breeze and plenty of sun shine. Now if I could just get Kevin comfy out on the deck it would be even better.
