The Pelicans won the first game of the Carolina League Championship Series yesterday 3-2 in 10 innings, game 2 is tonight at 6:30. They get games 3, 4 & 5 at home starting Wednesday night and I have tickets for all 3 games. I wouldn't be disappointed if I only get to see one more home game, that would mean they swept the series 3-0 and would be the 2015 Mills Cup Champions. OMGEEEEE...it's after lunch and I'm just getting here.
Looks like there are plenty of open seats. Guess everyone is outside enjoying the beautiful weather. I just had a nice, leisurely walk around a few city blocks. It's gorgeous and I'm thankful there weren't any shootings (today) while I was out there!

Taking a break from paperwork to surf BN and enjoy some ice cream. It was a wonderful day here in MI...sunny and 70's. Started out in the 40's so my toeses were cold in my dressy sandals. All was good this afternoon, however.
well, back to the grind in a bit. Paperwork paperwork paperwork. So glad I got into social work so I could spend 30 minutes writing up every 15 minute face to face contact...
