We have to get a CLT date in 2016! Maybe end Feb (hope not) or early to late April (to wrap WorkNPlayin). Hell would take anything!!!

(Fingers crossed) Had to go to Atlanta/Duluth last year, it was a good show but prefer to be outside!

Can someone tell me about the tailgating in PNC Pavillion? When do they open, alcohol allowed, etc., etc.
Thinking of making the journey down! There's a greyhound in the palace...

The tailgating is very good at PNC. They normally will open one lot around noon or so but the remainder of the lots including the VIP parking don't open until 4. Although they say that alcohol is prohibited, we have never had any problems. We do take cups just in case they ask us to put drinks in plastic cups. I think that has only happened once. The biggest drawback is that they do not provide any portapotties in the lots. Hope you can make it!

Wait. They open a lot around noon and don't provide any porta-potties? How does that work out? Do they let people bring their own ummm, "facilities"?
