For the first time in about 5 years he walked up the steps like a "normal" person rather than like at toddler. We are both very happy with his progress. However, it's been 10 days that his back is killing him so his exercises are now limited and he is having ALOT of trouble sleeping. He has a chiropractor appointment tonight (another first). Hopefully he will soon get some relief.

Looks like we aren't going to get any today.
We have the prettiest blue skies and white puffy clouds.


Something I noticed while we were in PA and NY.
They sky is soooo blue. A different color than ours.

It started out kind of foggy this morning but it turned out to be a beautiful day at the state park.

Not to much, she learned to say hi and now says hello to everyone and everything. She tells our back door hi A LOT.

I did see a new bird today, something called a prothonotary warbler. I only know what it was because 2 other people who were there when I saw it told me what it's called. I looked it up in my bird book when I got home and they were right. I only got one picture of it and it came out crappy, it was in the shadows in a tree and I couldn't get a real good angle for a picture. This is what it looks like, from google images.
