There are some people here who are a lot more tech savvy than I am, so I'll throw this out there hoping someone has an answer.
In the past, I've always burned CDs by creating a playlist in my iTunes library, popping a blank CD in the drive and clicking "burn playlist to disc." I never had any problems. When I downloaded the Las Vegas show and tried to burn a copy, the disc was ejected and I got a message saying to insert a blank disc in the drive. The disc was blank. I tried 5 different discs and got the same message each time. I tried using Windows Media Player and the same thing happened. After I got home from Jones Beach back in August a burned a copy of that show with no problems and the blank CDs I used were from the same package as the ones I used when I tried to burn a copy of the Vegas show. Any idea what the problem might be?
Thanks in advance.

Did you re-start the computer? (I know, I know, I know. Still hafta ask). Could have been something just got weird in the CD burn software.LIPH wrote:There are some people here who are a lot more tech savvy than I am, so I'll throw this out there hoping someone has an answer.

Does the computer play discs okay? If not... could be a mechanical problem with the drive?
Good luck.

I restarted and it still didn't work. No problem playing CDs either. That's about the extent of my technical knowledge.
