Looks like Michigan will escape the snow headed to the East Coast. FIne with me as we have one more weekend of circus fun to endure.

Awww Molly you are so sweet. Yes it is cold here in Jersey, and we are expecting that storm. Looks like flooding will be a real concern, but we are about 15 minutes from the beach, so not by me. Mel, hope you get some relaxing time this weekend!

Not planning much due to weather. I am supposed to be making a huge batch of chili for the BSA Klondike Derby on Saturday, but it may be postponed if the roads are not safe.

We are getting prepared for Snowmageddon here in central PA. Looks like we will have to cancel our "Best Chili of 2016" contest scheduled for Sat. night but at least all those who were participating will have something to eat !!

Lime, I'm usually up about that time. My sleeping patterns kinda s***, so I'm up late most night (early mornings)

It's hard to imagine why our Gov. just issued a state of emergency in PA.

Apparently he has total faith that our weather guessers will be correct in their prediction of "0-1,000,000,000,000" of snow will be starting to fall around this time tomorrow

They issued a blizzard warning for our area that starts tomorrow eve through Sat. We are in the 18-24 inch range. I can only hope that VDOT is ready for this as it has been talked about since Mon. Although the trace of snow we had last night wrecked havoc! Took me 1.5 hrs to make the normal 45 min trip home

I was stopped at a red light when I was driving to the beach this morning. I looked over at the car next to me and there was a woman in it, all bundled up like she was going on an arctic expedition. In a convertible. With the top down.

I can go top down into November if it's Indian summer weather. Put the heat on the feet and it flows up and over. But if it's hat and glove time that just seems silly.
