Have never been for a show but I imagine the hotel parking lot will be jamming. It's only a half mile from the venue.

There's a small airport right there. Or try Portland or, depending on timing, even Boston. Check out Amtrak, too.

Problem with Amtrak is if you are coming from the south, you would have to get out at South Station and either take the T to North Station or take a cab to North Station to continue on Amtrak from there to Portland.

Amtrak is too long anyway. It's far enough in advance to find cheap flights to Boston, Portland, or Bangor.

That was going to be my next question. If he does Thursday in Bangor and Saturday in Mansfield, how long would it take us to get down there.
