I use a site called Mapmywalk to keep track after I take a walk. And track food consumption. Otherwise I just try to walk as much as possible. And use the stairs at work.

I've just started all this. So who knows how long it'll last.

Nice on the sailing. We're supposed to hit 68 on Wednesday which is a bit too warm for this time of the year. I won't be surprised if we get a blizzard in April.

Nothing much in my part of the world. Trying to get more walking in my routine. The weather has been nice enough for a long walk outside.
Spaghetti & meatballs, nonna style. Haven't eaten anything since breakfast to try and justify.

Do you do a FitBit or anything for the walking? Been trying to move more, eat less but I need to be more consistent about it.
I have a pedometer app on my phone but I got a new phone last week (LG instead of Samsung) and the S Health pedometer from Samsung is all screwed up. I went for a walk on the beach a few days ago, I was there for over an hour, and the app said I walked less than 1000 steps. LG has a pedometer app too, LG Health, but I'm convinced it doesn't count every step. I walked along a stretch of beach that according to the S Health app used to be 14,000-15,000 steps, depending on how much wandering I did. The LG Health app gave me less than 8,000 steps. I might invest in a FitBit just to make sure I get the right totals.

Mapmywalk has an app but my phone (an OS) is old. I'm not ready to replace my phone just yet.

Larry, what phone did you get?

They are inexpensive at Best Buy. Everyone I know who has one is actually losing weight.

If you want an experience, go to a Jimmy Buffett concert.

Experience is something you don't get until just after you need it.

Life is short, live long!!

I first tried this variety pack when I went looking g for something to take to parrotfest. REALLY like all of the flavors.
Other than the Belgian White, there's 1st peach ale, cinnamon horchata ale, & vanilla wheat ( limited release ).

The only one of those I've had is the cinnamon horchata ale. I'll have to check and see if my local supermarket has that variety pack. Vanilla wheat sounds like it would be good.
