Good morning BN. A lot ous will have a wonderful,warm day. Mine was yesterday,but to those that have it, enjoy.
If I wasn't fishing in this all day rain,I'd be home doing something stupid.

Morning BN. Been trying to increase the distance and pace of my walks. So far so good considering I have to dodge buses and cars when I cross streets.

It doesn't hurt that the weather has been nice. Have a good one. 8)

Hi Debbie!

No nap yet, but I'm sure there is one after I get some errands run.
Since I'm now on a low salt diet, I need to go see what I can find to season food. I had a hamburger patty with only pepper and later an egg with oregano.....neither were exciting. I NEED SALT!!
I think Mrs. Dash will be my answer for now.

Much better, thanks for asking.
Still having allergies and that will last awhile, but my body isn't freaking out from the shot.

Athletes that do steroids all the time, I don't know how they do it. The type steroids I take aren't the kind athletes take, but if the little bit that I get a few times a year makes me as crazy as they do for 24 hours, I can't imagine doing steroids all the time would make you feel.
