This made me laugh and cry..... We did go at over at COBO, didn't we.
I miss seeing Garry post and of course Gayla and John. Don't know whatever became of Sam?
Happy Thursday to those who know me![]()
And to those I haven't yet had the pleasure to meet.

Just gonna share, not a big nature bunny but apple cider vinegar is cheap and effective. Keeps the blood sugar in check, the cholesterol down and the allergies at bay. Drink it one time daily like a bitter tea: fill a tall glass with ice, then three tablespoons apple cider vinegar, topped with Crystal Light Iced Tea (+ some club soda if you need the fizz), Equal and a squirt of lemon. I kid you not. Two months, check your numbers again.Saltx3 wrote:Last year, after 15 years of year-round allergy shots, the allergist said I was as good as he could get me and there was no way to increase my serum potency so since Feb of 2015 I have been shot-free (and the $750/year was savings isn't so bad either).
So far the past 4 weeks have been pure H*LL and last week the family doctor suggested getting a steroid shot each spring & fall. Apparently this has been beneficial to a lot of folks in our area who suffer from severe tree pollen allergies in the spring and rag weed allergies in the fall. This morning I had my 1st allergy steroid shot.....fins crossed !
The biggest con -- apparently these shots can leave a mild to sever atrophy at the injection sight. What does this mean you say? Well, my butt cheeks may now be "dimpled". Is that a bad thing
What could Larry possibly have done to be suspended? Last person I would have thought.RIPH wrote:So, I stopped by to get the NC shows and I see this, so I have to post.SMLCHNG wrote:LIPH wrote:Good old Sam. He could have turned Mother Teresa into an ax murderer.![]()
