So, we are 12 days into dear daughter Bridget's engagement and already we are having panic attacks about timing, to-dos, cost, etc. etc......that comes with wedding planning.

Ahoy! I had one of the most memorable meals tonight.Garlic bread,Ceaser salad,artchoke hearts,potatoes with peppers and Wagoo ribeyes flown in from Australia.Out of five men,only one cleaned his plate.me.I also had chocolate for desert.
If I wasn't fishing in this all day rain,I'd be home doing something stupid.

Welcome to the wonderful world of Aussie beef. My brother is a cattle farmer, so I am pleased to hear that the Aussie product is being appreciated in the US.
By the by, it is Wagyu - we pronounce it wag-you. Apparently it translates to "Japanese Cow". In any case the marbling means it is tasty beef from a happy cow...
