Good morning. The Pelicans had another jersey auction last night. I was outbid on the first 3 I tried for and had to settle for my 4th choice - outfielder Shawon Dunston, Jr. He had a triple and a walk last night and scored 2 runs. It also rained on and off during the game so between the sweat and the rain the jersey was very wet. It spent the night in the laundry room.

Awesome!!!! I need to hit our minor league team more often. It's an independent so we don't get a lot of great stuff. We had a Buffett night, one night but I found out too late. And we ended up at a Star wars night.

Eliminations on Monday morning just isn't normal...but it seems to be raining in places other than Texas [smilie=battingeyes.gif]

I'm really surprised the Pelicans don't do a Buffett night. The Broadway At The Beach complex, where the Myrtle Beach Margaritaville is, is across the street from the ballpark. I think it would be a perfect theme night.

No joke, because the T-Bones field in the absolute middle of the country is not near as good of a place for a Buffett night.
