Thirty feet of stores that will hide the renovation clutter inside. I'm using tempera which can last a long time,then washed off.

Good morning. I got a weather alert on my phone this morning. This time of year weather alerts are usually for thunderstorms, tropical storms or the rare tornado warning, maybe 4 or 5 times since I moved here. Today the alert was for excessive heat. This might be another "sit on the couch with the a/c on" day.

Sounds like it is going to be hot about everywhere. Ya'll take care of yourselves, stay inside if possible and DRINK, non alcoholic beverages

I opened the door to go downstairs and get my mail and I got hit with a blast of hot, steamy air. I checked the weather when I got back upstairs, 97 degrees and a heat index of 102. It's supposed to cool off all the way down to 90 degrees tomorrow. I hope so, it's Festa Italiano time.

Aloha! It's a beautiful day at the almost jersey shore! Cooking for our backyard bash (tomorrow). Whipping up some ribs, pulled pork, sausage and peppers, taco salad, 7 layer salad, cowboy caviar, and white sangria. Party starts at 330 so be punctual and get ready for karaoke!

The sky has gotten very dark, the wind picked up and I've heard some thunder. I'm watching the 6:00 news and the crawl on the bottom of the screen says there's a severe thunderstorm warning. No rain yet.

Ahoy!
I painted for hours with days still to go. While blending a sky for the mural,two college aged boys tried selling Pittsburgh Pirate tickets. I laughed and told them my interests lay elsewhere,Including painting at Buffett. One quipped,"Can we switch jobs?"
