Good morning all. Snow and ice and freezing rain today. But the family Christmas party will go on.
Put about 3 and 1/2 lbs of sausage and a pound of sauerkraut in the crockpot at 6 am.
The kitchen smells great.

Last night, Eli ( our soon to be "step" grandson, when daughter Bridget marries finance Andrew in May) who is 5, spent the night for the first time.

He was great - no issues at all. So different than our 3yr old grandson Austin.

It's amazing how different kids' personalities are, even at these young ages!

Good morning. No snow or ice here but it's only 39 degrees. Yesterday, the weather guesser said it would be high 60s today and 75 tomorrow.

Good evening BN, I left the Gulf Coast at 5AM this morning, was 60 degrees. By the time I arrived in north Georgia around noon I had drizzle, fog and 39 degrees. Ugh.

Visiting my stepdaughter, doing Christmas stuff. She has 2 days off then back to work til Christmas eve. She works at the big W, a mad house this time of year.

Thanks for the "welcome backs" pholks! I think I posted once or twice while we lived in KW, but we have been on the Bog Island for 2 1/2 years now.
