Merry Christmas everyone. Happy birthday Jimmy. Called my daughters to wish them Merry Christmas.
Went down to visit mom and dad. Had a cigar outside in the sun with dad. It's about 42 degrees which
is warm for us. Now I'm cooking turkey, filling, mashed potatoes, corn, gravy, and biscuits.
Pumpkin pie for desert. Also opening up a can or two of cranberry sauce. Rum, eggnog, and beer on standby.

We celebrated yesterday with family and neighbors so today has been a low key, nap in the living room, eat leftovers kind of day. It has been exactly what I needed. Having leftovers and lasagna for dinner then bed early.

Las Vegas is in the desert.
I got back to the hotel after having breakfast this morning and they had already cleaned my room. The temperature outside had barely cracked 40 and the cleaning lady had set the thermostat at 65.
