Any here use a mouthguard when they sleep. I was directed to by my dentist. I have been using it since summer, and now I’ve chewed through the molar part. Anyone else done that?

I had one years ago for TMJ problems (which were subsequently resolved by a double TMJ implant surgery back in 1983. I was the first patient in Lancaster County, PA to have this procedure). Our daughter also uses a mouth guard for teeth grinding. She has hers molded by our dentist and has it replaced every 6 months or so.
