I received an e-mail from Riverbend (Cincy) today. They do not have a date, but they did confirm that Jimmy is playing there this year. That bodes well for Detroit and the rest of the usual stops.

My guess he plays Riverbend Thursday 7/13/17. Reason being 7/14/17 Friday the Reds are having a Margaritaville night which Jimmy may attend and the next night 7/15/17 they play Wrigley.

Source for the Texas show says that particular date should be released today so here's hoping Cincy will be included

July 16 is a Sunday and the day after the Wrigley Field show. When was the last time Buffett did a Sunday show or played 2 days in a row?

A fee years ago, there was a Thursday show in Texas that got moved back to Friday due to a storm, and he played there Friday night and then the regularly scheduled show Saturday night.

Honestly think there isn't much left to confirm. I think you'll see a few more, but he did say he wasn't "touring" this year other than a few sporadic shows. Plus typically the dates are out in Feb.

Just reconfirmed w/Riverbend that he will definitely be here. They commented that the hold up on the release dates is due in part to the scheduling of the Midwest shows

I also called Riverbend Thursday to try and see if I could get any info on if the concert was going to be scheduled for July 13. Wishful thinking, I know. She did confirm he would be there but that a date hasn't been confirmed. I asked if she had any idea on the confirmation coming soon and she said this year it seems to be taking a lot longer. I booked a room to be safe but hoping he announces soon. Fins up!

I can't take the credit! Someone had posted they thought the 13tg because the Reds are having a "Margaritaville Day" on the 14th. But I'm ready!! Only thing is, gonna have to go up the night before for a tailgate spot 🙄
