We went to the Cayman Spirits distillery as an excursion on the cruise. After tasting all of their options & flavors, I purchased a bottle called Governor's Reserve. It has been in the freezer, unopened, till tonight. Oh boy, I forgot just how good it is! Now I'm wishing I got more than 1 bottle.
