Who's going to Houston/CWMP June 8?

Got our tix. Our usual crowd is also ticketed, along with some parrotheads from the middle Texas coast.

Got our tickets! We'll be driving into Houston from Tulsa the day of the show, so not much time to tailgate. Hope the rain stays away this year!!

From the looks of the activity on here, it looks like Houston is losing its status as a "tier 1" Buffet concert destination.

Either that or SE Texas Parrotheads just don't post on here.

I'll be there, and actually plan on try to sit as close to the stage as I can this year. Going to spring for some pit tickets on StubHub the week of the show. Always been a bucket list item to be that close, and who knows how many more opportunities I'll have.

As big a party as Frisco is, I think they'll forever have a Saturday show and we will have either Tues/Thurs before or after that.
But you know, for the sound quality, I'll take Houston over Frisco eight days a week.

There were a few I was watching on stubhub but they sold already. I'm keeping an eye out. It seems like tickets become available the week of the show from both Ticketmaster and secondary sources. Fingers crossed!

One more day!
Right now it's looking like I'll actually end up on the lawn again. I have three Buffett virgins coming to the show, so I'll probably sit with them.

As for the tailgate, the official lot opens at noon, but I you had to pre purchase tickets for it at the box office. Any leftovers will be sold tomorrow.
We are parking at the mall and walking over when we get there. Should be arriving about 4:00 or so.
