windshield wipers on a car
air filter element on a car
tires on a car (yeah, I know they're warranted for more miles than that, but I bet most are replaced long before they get there)
a rental car before it is taken out of the fleet and sold as a used car

With proper care and maintenance they're actually good for far longer than that (I estimate that I have put more than 35K miles beneath the wheels of my Trek), but there's a lot of them that never see more than a few hundred miles at best before they're parked in a back corner of the garage or basement, right alongside the weight lifting set or the treadmill, and forgotten about.
